Users may request that we erase the personal data we hold about them in the following circumstances: It is no longer necessary for us to hold that personal data concerning the purpose for which it was originally collected or processed; The user wishes to withdraw his consent to holding and processing their data; The user objects to us holding and processing their data; The personal data has been processed unlawfully; The personal data needs to be erased for the Company to comply with a particular legal obligation; Unless we have legitimate grounds to refuse to erase personal data, all requests for erasure shall be complied with, and the users shall be informed of the erasure.
Users can delete their account directly from the app or to remove personal data from our records, please create a request via email (Subject: Deletion Request Personal Data) to info@rentxrewards.com or submit the form in https://rentxrewards.com/account-deletion-request. Once the user request is received over email, we follow an internal deletion process to ensure that user data is safely removed within the next fifteen (15) working days. The user will be contacted for verification, and their account will be deleted after successful verification. Users may also contact us to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that they have provided to us.
