No. Hosts do not need any paid subscription to: ● Receive rent ● Earn Rewards Points ● Use core RentX features

To receive rent payments: 1. Add your Mutual Trust Bank (MTB) account in the RentX app. 2. Tenants complete rent payment through RentX. 3. Rent is transferred to your bank account. 4. Settlement occurs within 3 business days.

RentX does not charge any fee. However, bank transaction fees apply and are borne by the Host: ● MTB bank transfer: 0.75% ● Visa / MasterCard payments: 1.5% These fees are deducted before settlement.

Hosts earn Rewards Points based on tenant rent payments: 1. Tenant-based accrual - Host earns 3x the Rewards Points earned by each tenant. 2. Multiple tenants - Points are calculated per tenant and aggregated. 3. Referrals and campaigns - Additional points through RentX programs. Rewards Points are credited only after successful transactions and valid tenant linkage.
