You can make rent payments through the RentX app using: ● Visa or MasterCard (debit or credit) ● Mutual Trust Bank (MTB) account transfer All payments are processed securely through the RentX Payment System.

RentX does not charge any platform transaction fee. However, bank processing fees apply, which are borne by the Host (Landlord): ● MTB bank transfer: 0.75% ● Visa / MasterCard (debit or credit): 1.5%

1. You link your rented property to your RentX account. 2. You initiate the rent payment in the app. 3. Payment is processed securely. 4. Rent is transferred to the Host's bank account. 5. Rewards Points are credited after successful payment.
